Our standard hire period is 4 days, with the first hire day starting on a Friday and the final hire day (return day) being the following Monday.

DRESS COLLECTION

Collection is available on Fridays from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm at our studio. Prior to your booking date, we’ll reach out to confirm your collection time to ensure your dress is ready for you when you arrive.

DRESS RETURN

Your hire piece must be returned to our studio by 4:30pm on the following Monday (the 4th day of your hire period).

*Please note that late returns will incur a fee.

SHIPPING ORDERS

We provide Australia-wide shipping for all our non-local customers, with shipping costs covering both dry cleaning and a prepaid return label. 

Your dress will be shipped the day before the start of your booking to arrive by the second or third day of your booking period.

For example, if your booking is from the 10th to the 14th, your dress will be shipped on the 9th and should be on it’s way back to us, no later than the 14th using the provided return label.

EXTENDED HIRE OPTIONS

We do offer extended hire options and will always do our best to accommodate your needs. If you require a longer hire period, please get in touch with us to discuss availability and pricing, prior to making your booking.
