    Shipping Information

    Your dress will be shipped two days prior to the first day of your booking to ensure it arrives in time for your event.

    For example, if your hire period is from 10th–14th, your piece will be dispatched on the 8th.

    All returns are due by the end of day on the final day of your booking — simply follow the return instructions included with your parcel for a seamless return.

    — HOW IT WORKS

    Hire length: choose a 4-day or 6-day hire.

    Please note: we don’t accept returns or collections from our studio on Saturdays or Sundays.

    Collection + Return hours:
    – Mon–Thu: 8:30am–4:30pm
    – Fri: 8:30am–3:00pm

    Your dress will be ready for you on the morning of your first hire day — you can collect anytime during our operating hours.
